I decided to join the SAP FICO Course as a means of expanding from my existing accounting knowledge and gaining insight into the financial process in relation to ERPs. My favorite part of the course is the way that the instructor explained financial theories through practical business examples. This class does not focus on transactional concepts only but links them to SAP processes. The course is very well structured, making it easier for me to relate all financial processes to one another. In addition, the trainer encouraged question asking, making the online class interactive.

The SAP FICO course experience was mostly good due to its methodical training approach. I especially valued assignments after significant topics, which made me revise the concepts rather than proceed to the next topic. Practical assignments enabled me to learn the way accounting and controlling procedures are performed in SAP. The instructor was very patient with the difficult topics and used real-life workplace situations to facilitate their comprehension. The learning process took place in conjunction with my work, owing to the flexible course format.

Being a procurement specialist myself, I needed some guidance about how SAP works in purchasing and material management. The SAP MM course was helpful in that regard. Processes like purchasing, inventories, and vendor processes were easy to understand using practical examples. I enjoyed class interaction in the sense that whatever we discussed in class could be related to the real-world scenarios of my workplace. The assignments gave me a chance to implement the knowledge gained in the class.

I decided to take the SAP MM course because I needed to enhance my knowledge of ERP before accepting more challenging tasks in logistics management. The course had everything I needed in a rational order, allowing me to develop my knowledge systematically. The instructor did not just bombard us with terms but explained to us the reason why we should go through the processes involved. Through practical activities and examples, the classes were interesting.

My joining of the SAP PP Course was because of the need to have more knowledge about ERP software due to my involvement in production planning. The course assisted me in comprehending the manner in which production can be organized and controlled using SAP. I really liked the sessions in class since the trainer related all the topics to manufacturing situations and not just theoretical information. The syllabus also assisted me in comprehending the connection between planning, materials, and production activities.

I have had some knowledge about manufacturing processes but little knowledge about SAP, which made the jargon appear strange to me at the beginning. As an analyst, I felt that I should improve my knowledge about data science techniques, and I thought that the Data Science Course would be helpful for this purpose. One of my favorite parts was the training style because complicated things were divided into small parts. I enjoyed the assignment that we had to do after the class because it helped me realize where I need to improve.

The purpose of my Tableau course was to enhance my ability to present business information. Prior to joining the course, I felt proficient in using spreadsheets but had difficulties generating visual reports. The trainer taught various principles by providing practical examples that made the learning process quite simple. I loved classroom activities since I was able to understand how a basic set of information could be converted into a useful dashboard. The topics were clear and understandable. Assignments after each class helped me to revise what was covered.

The first and foremost reason behind choosing the Tableau course was to enhance my BI portfolio with better data visualization skills. I decided to enroll in the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Course because I wished to progress from detecting quality problems to the concept of process improvement. The instructor gave the explanation of the methodology through real-life examples from the workplace that allowed me to better connect theory to practice in terms of my quality function. Through case-based activities, I gained an understanding of process variation and improvement.

The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training was very important since it has provided me with a different outlook on problems occurring in the course of operation. Prior to the training, my primary concern was the solution of the problem itself. In the process of the training, the instructor made us look for processes and their root cause and think about sustainable solutions. Through the systematic format, I got proper knowledge about various security domains.

Being an information security engineer, I needed to have a structured approach to prepare for CISSP instead of studying various unrelated subjects myself. The CISSP course came to be very useful in that aspect. What I especially liked in the trainings was the approach used by the trainer to explain security situations and ask us to think how to react professionally to such situations. It added more analysis into the trainings rather than memorization. Practice tests helped to understand what areas need further learning.

The CISA course was chosen by me due to the need for organized knowledge about IT audit and governance of information systems. The trainer succeeded in presenting the concepts of audit in terms of organizational practices. It allowed me to organize my preparation and understand which topics require revision. It was very helpful to me.

The Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) course aligned perfectly with my objective of enhancing my knowledge in terms of IT governance and audit. The aspect that I liked most was the approach to the training process. Lessons were taught based on scenarios where we had to think about the control, risks, and audit point of view of things. The trainer was quite patient in explaining some of the tricky aspects and facilitated questions within the sessions. Practice questions were also helpful in assessing my preparedness for the subject.

I took up the Advanced English Course since I needed to become more fluent while giving presentations at work. My grammatical knowledge was decent enough, but I faced problems with fluency and professional communication. The training course was designed to make students communicate practically instead of learning things just from books. We were taught vocabulary building, sentence building, and professional conversations. I particularly enjoyed the way correction was done in class activities since I found out that there were many mistakes that I was making due to habituation.

The Advanced English Course has been very useful for me in the enhancement of a skill that I underrated myself in professional communication. My everyday job requires me to be involved in interactions with the clients, and hence, I desired to improve my conversations. The trainer taught us interactively, by conducting discussions and conversation exercises, rather than lecturing us throughout the sessions. The course gradually made me more aware of the usage of accurate vocabulary and sentence construction.

I have been enrolled in Spoken English Training courses ever since I knew exactly what I had to say but was not able to express myself in English. I was extremely comfortable in my classroom due to the comfort that my trainer had provided me with. Role plays were the parts that I enjoyed the most, as I felt it as if I was dealing with clients. My pronunciation and sentence construction problems were corrected by the trainer in such a way that my conversation was not interrupted all the time.

As far as my personal opinion is concerned, the main advantage of the course on spoken English training that I found was practicing oral skills. Although I had already mastered some level of the English language previously, I had never managed to use that knowledge in practical and professional life. With the help of classroom activities, I learned how to speak and respond naturally. The examples of the situations from everyday work helped to get involved easily in the training process. Also, I liked receiving the feedback after the exercises in order to see my weaknesses.

I chose to study the Professional Certificate in Teaching & Learning (PgCTL) as I was seeking an opportunity to improve my teaching skills that have been somewhat stagnant since several years of teaching experience. This course made me realize that there is something more to teaching other than a lecture-style approach, such as engaging learners, classroom activities, and delivery of a lesson in a more planned manner. I appreciate the trainer's examples in class, as they were very relevant to teaching contexts.

With my interest in the field of corporate training, I was keen to gain exposure to contemporary modes of teaching and learning, which motivated me to enroll for the PgCTL. I found the course helpful, as it had teaching concepts taught from a practical point of view. The trainer used methods to elicit discussion and reflection and not just information transfer. Class room exercises helped me to analyze the response of various learners to different methods. Assignments proved useful as I needed to put the concepts into practice.

The reason why I enrolled in the PMP® Project Management Training & Certification course was because I needed to move in the direction of being responsible for project management. The conversations regarding problems with projects were very beneficial since they helped me remember the concept more easily. The mock questions were equally beneficial for me, as they helped me get used to the process of thinking required during the examination.

The trainer always made links between theories and project situations, thus making the lectures very much applicable to my personal experience. The reason behind my undertaking of the Supply Chain Management Training & Certification course was that I wanted to gain knowledge about the supply chain process outside my logistics function. The course gave me a much more holistic understanding of the relationship between procurement, inventory, logistics, and planning. I especially enjoyed the assignments, as they required me to critically analyze the procurement situations on my own. Now that the training is complete, I am more aware of the strategic aspect of procurement.

The Procurement Training & Certification Course proved to be a beneficial learning experience for me since I had intentions of moving from transactional procurement to strategic procurement. I valued the approach that allowed us to look at cost, suppliers, processes, and business needs all together. Classroom discussions allowed me to see how others perceive the same topics. After taking the course, I now have a better understanding of procurement as a business process and not just an administrative buying process.

I wanted to understand the fundamentals of markets without having to believe in random advice from anywhere else, so I joined the Stock Market Course. In the class, the various aspects were covered in an organized manner, and I enjoyed the way the trainer tried to clarify the terms used in the market by taking practical examples. The class made me think of risks involved in decision-making, rather than just the possible profits. The exercises done in the class proved useful to me as a revision tool post-class.

The stock market training was something that I picked up out of sheer curiosity but ended up gaining immensely from. I had chosen the course, as I wished to learn about markets in order to make informed financial decisions for myself. The trainer broke down concepts step by step, encouraging questions from students, an essential part of which was done since I had little knowledge of markets at the start. I enjoyed the real-life applications of market behavior and analysis, and the training did not make the subject too difficult.
