If payment isn't received within stipulated periods, Henry Harvin may withdraw access without notice. Users agree never to divulge account access to third parties and must maintain only one account.

Registration requires accurate, current, and complete information. Users must update information regularly. Inaccurate information may result in account termination and program enrollment cancellation.

We may obtain certain information about you and your performance in the Programs. Some of this information may be Personally Identifiable Information. We may use, maintain, and store this information to provide certain services to you now and in the future, and may share such information with our Educational Partners or third parties.

Users authorize Henry Harvin to contact them via calls and third parties for service and marketing purposes, even if registered under Do Not Call services, for 365 days after registration.

Program access is restricted to specifically granted attendees or students.

Full payment is typically required at registration. Programs with trial windows allow refunds per applicable policies after fee deduction for administrative and marketing expenses. Once trial windows close, no refunds are allowed.

Users are solely responsible for evaluating program suitability and relevance. Program enrollment is non-transferable.

Henry Harvin does not store any of your credit card information or such other information restricted by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) for processing payment and has partnered with payment gateways for the payment towards the services.

Users agree to third-party payment providers' terms. Henry Harvin disclaims responsibility for stored information and resulting losses.

The company urges caution against sharing OTPs or authentication information. Payment failure may result in program access withdrawal. Users may face foreign exchange fees depending on transaction location and payment method.

Free trials last specified periods and cannot combine with certain offers. Users previously subscribed within six months or with associated payment methods are ineligible for free trials.

Henry Harvin reserves rights to cancel, reschedule, or modify Programs and lectures, alter topic schedules, and adjust evaluation weights. The company may limit, suspend, or terminate user Platform access and related services at sole discretion.

You agree that Henry Harvin shall be under no liability whatsoever to you in the event of non-availability of the Platform or any portion thereof occasioned by Act of God, war, disease, revolution, epidemic, riot, civil commotion, strike, lockout, flood, fire, satellite failure, failure of any public utility, man-made disaster or any other cause whatsoever beyond the control of Henry Harvin.

Users may terminate participation by providing prior notice. Online lecture access is provided via email and must not be shared with third parties. Users should provide prior notice if unable to attend.

Users are exclusively responsible for obtaining and maintaining compatible equipment, software, internet connections, and related services needed to access the Platform.

Henry Harvin is not a university but an education service provider, offering Programs in consultation with Indian and International universities, educational institutions, governmental authorities, NGOs, corporates, etc. (each an "Educational Partner").

Enrollment in Programs differs from admission to Educational Partner institutions. The company clarifies that Platform use doesn't enroll users in partner schools or grant access to partner resources beyond Programs.

Henry Harvin may offer a credential or other acknowledgement for participants who have satisfactorily demonstrated mastery of the Program material. The decision to award any such credential acknowledgement to a given participant will be solely at the discretion of Henry Harvin.

Program Certificates are awarded upon fulfilling Henry Harvin and Educational Partner criteria. Academic credit from Educational Partners depends on partner policies and may require separate partner enrollment.

Programs affiliated with Educational Partners may be subject to partner terms, policies, and procedures alongside Henry Harvin's Terms.

Users must independently comply with visa requirements in their applicable terms and conditions.

All Content or other material available on the Platform or through the Programs, including but not limited to online/live lectures, speeches, video lessons, quizzes, presentation materials, homework assignments, programming assignments, programs, code, and other images, text, layouts, arrangements, displays, illustrations, documents, materials, audio and video clips, HTML and files (collectively "Henry Harvin Content"), are the property of Henry Harvin and/or its affiliates or licensors, and are protected by copyright, patent and/or other proprietary intellectual property rights under Indian and foreign laws.

Henry Harvin logos, trademarks and service marks that may appear on the Platform and in the Program ("Henry Harvin Marks") are the property of Henry Harvin and are protected under Indian and foreign laws.

Users agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit Henry Harvin Content for commercial purposes or misuse Henry Harvin Marks. Content should be verified before use. Incorrect, infringing, or objectionable content should be reported immediately.

Henry Harvin may request users to review Content or beta-test the Platform. The works derived from such activity shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Henry Harvin or its third-party service providers, as applicable.

Henry Harvin respects third-party intellectual property rights and responds expediently to infringement notices by removing or disabling infringing material. Henry Harvin shall not be held liable for the unauthorised use of any third-party IP, and the user that carries out such unauthorised use or infringes any IP available on the Platform shall fully indemnify and hold Henry Harvin harmless against any and all claims that may arise as a result of such use.

Users claiming copyright infringement or IP violations must provide: authorized person's signature, product/work description, location of infringing material, contact information, good faith belief statement, and sworn accuracy statement under penalty of perjury.

The services on the Platform are licensed, not sold. In consideration for your agreement to these Terms, Henry Harvin grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform and Programs, solely in accordance with the Terms.

Users may download Platform portions for personal, non-commercial use only, maintaining copyright notices. Users cannot copy, sell, reproduce, publish, modify, distribute, exploit, or create derivative works from Platforms or Content.

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise access the source code for any software that may be used to operate the Platform or the Programs.

Provided software/code is instructional and subject to disclaimer and limitation of liability clauses. Commercial use is strictly prohibited. Non-commercial personal use excludes: selling content or derivative works, selling access/links, providing paid training using Content, educational institution instruction with tuition, for-profit corporate training, and public display on social media or download sites.

Users are responsible for Platform activities and must comply with all applicable laws. Users agree not to engage in phishing, pharming, or whaling to obtain passwords or personal information.

Henry Harvin has the right to report any and all such suspicious or illegal activity to the appropriate legal or police authorities without notice to you.

Users must not: harass others, create disharmony in student groups, cheat on assignments/exams, post secured testing materials online, share homework/exam solutions, or fail to report other users' violations.

Henry Harvin qualifies as an intermediary under Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules 2021. Users must not host, display, upload, or share information that:

• • Relates to partisan political activities
• • Contains intentionally inaccurate information
• • Includes viruses, worms, or harmful disabling devices
• • Uses automated access means (robots, spiders, scripts)
• • Violates other users' rights
• • Violates applicable laws or encourages illegal activity

The Platform may allow you to upload forum posts, chat with other users and Henry Harvin's counsellors, user discussions, profile pages, and other content and media for social interaction, or certain information and materials for use with the Programs, e.g., questions, hypotheticals, examples, assignments, industry projects, etc. (collectively "User Content").

Henry Harvin does not claim ownership of any User Content you may submit or make available for inclusion on the Platform or Programs.

Users grant Henry Harvin an irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free and non-exclusive license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform and publicly display such User Content on the Platforms or in the Programs or otherwise exploit the User Content, with the right to sublicense such rights (to multiple tiers), for any purpose (including for any commercial purpose).

Users represent and warrant they possess necessary rights to provide User Content; Content is accurate and complete; they pay third-party fees; and Content doesn't infringe third-party rights or constitute fraud or misrepresentation.

Henry Harvin does not control the User Content posted through the Platform, including any messages, reviews or comments, and does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such User Content. Under no circumstances will Henry Harvin be liable in any way for any User Content, including any errors or omissions, or any loss or damage or defamation of any kind incurred as a result of your posting or use of any User Content.

Users are prohibited from violating Platform security, including: accessing unauthorized data, probing system vulnerabilities, interfering with service, submitting viruses, flooding/spamming, or forging packet headers. Violations may result in civil or criminal liability.

Henry Harvin will investigate occurrences that may involve such violations and may involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who are involved in such violations.

Users must not use devices, software, or routines interfering with Platform operation or use non-approved engines, tools, or agents to navigate the Platform beyond Henry Harvin's search engine and standard web browsers.

Henry Harvin strives to ensure the security of its users and has implemented measures to protect the security of user accounts and related information. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not be able to breach our security measures.

The Platform and/or Programs may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Henry Harvin, therefore, reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after an order has been submitted) and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

The Platform, Programs, and any information or Henry Harvin Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis with all faults.

Henry Harvin makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, with respect to Henry Harvin Content or services available on or through this Platform and Programs, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

The company makes no warranty regarding service reliability, accuracy, or defect correction. Users understand downloaded material comes with their own risk and responsibility for resulting damage or data loss.

EMI and loan facility information is provided for reference only. Third-party credit providers control loan arrangements, and Henry Harvin disclaims responsibility.

Under no circumstances will Henry Harvin be liable in any way for use of any Henry Harvin Content or any other information, data, or other material downloaded or otherwise obtained through or from the Platform or Programs, including any errors or omissions, or any loss or damage or defamation of any kind incurred as a result of your use of or reliance on such information or data.

Testimonials, reviews and success stories including but not limited to regarding hike in salary, promotions, etc. appearing on the Platform are individual experiences, reflecting real life experiences of those that have used our products and/or services in some way or another. However, they are individual results and results may vary.

The testimonials, reviews and success stories presented on the Platform are applicable to the individuals writing them and may not be indicative of future performance or success of any other individuals. Henry Harvin cannot and does not guarantee results.

Third-party trademarks and brands appear without implying endorsement. Users cannot use these without owner permission.

Henry Harvin doesn't grant credit; educational institutions control credit decisions. The company advises users to verify program suitability before enrolling.

Admission to the Masters courses offered under certain dual programs is contingent upon you meeting the terms and conditions mentioned in the offer letter issued to you. Henry Harvin does not guarantee admission into the Masters course offered under any program offered on the Platform or any other degree program.

Users should verify program suitability before pursuing doctorates or employment requiring specific credentials.

Neither Henry Harvin nor any of its Educational Partners, affiliates, employees, directors, officers, agents, vendors or supplier shall be liable to you or any other person, whether in Tort, Contract, Strict Liability or otherwise, for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential losses or damages of any nature arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use this Platform or Programs, including, without limitation, damages for lost profits, loss of goodwill, loss of data, work stoppage, accuracy of search results, or computer / electronic device failure, virus or malfunction.

Liability caps at ₹1000 or enrolled student fees, whichever applies.

The Platform may contain links to pages on other websites ("Linked Sites"), and those Linked Sites may contain Content or offer products and/or services for sale. Henry Harvin does not author, edit, control, or monitor these Linked Sites.

You acknowledge and agree that (a) we have no responsibility for the accuracy or availability of information provided by Linked Sites; (b) we do not control or endorse the sponsors of such Linked Sites or the content, products, advertising, or other materials presented on such Linked Sites; and (c) you agree to the terms and conditions of the Linked Sites.

Henry Harvin will not be liable for any transactions conducted by you with third parties through the Linked Sites or for any liability arising from the representations or information provided on such Linked Sites.

Users cannot establish links to the Platform without prior written consent. Link establishment must not suggest Henry Harvin endorsement.

The Platform uses YouTube API Services to play YouTube videos. When you visit the Platform and play videos from YouTube, your use of the Platform means that you agree to be bound by YouTube's Terms of Service.

Users agree to indemnify and hold Henry Harvin and Educational Partners harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses relating to: Terms violations, law violations, third-party rights violations, or User Content infringement claims.

You agree that Henry Harvin, in its sole discretion, may deactivate your account or otherwise terminate your use of the Platform or enrolment to a Program with or without reason, including, without limitation, if Henry Harvin believes that you have (a) breached the Terms; (b) infringed the intellectual property rights of a third party; (c) posted, uploaded or transmitted unauthorised Content on the Platform; or (d) violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these Terms or any other applicable code of conduct.

You agree that any deactivation or termination of your access to the Platforms or Programs may be effected without prior notice to you and that Henry Harvin shall not be liable to you nor any third party for any termination of your account or enrolment into a Program.

Henry Harvin may retain stored user information despite account termination.

Users must be 18 years old or the legal age in their jurisdiction. Users under 18 may use the Platform only under parental/guardian supervision who agrees to Terms. Parents/guardians are fully responsible for child use, charges, and legal liability.

Programs aren't for users under 18 years.

Henry Harvin may freely transfer or assign rights and delegate obligations. Users cannot transfer or assign rights without prior written consent; attempted transfers are void.

These Terms or any Program-specific terms shared with you shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws in India, as these are applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within India and without giving effect to any principles of conflict of laws.

Mumbai courts have exclusive jurisdiction. Where a dispute arises, the parties involved shall make all reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations.

Unresolved disputes proceed to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1956, before a sole arbitrator appointed by Henry Harvin. Proceedings occur in English with Mumbai as the arbitration seat.

If Terms provisions are unenforceable, they're severed without affecting remaining provisions. Henry Harvin has no liability for performance failures due to uncontrollable causes including Acts of God, war, civil unrest, terrorism, internet failures, governmental acts, national emergencies, strikes, or labor disputes.

Henry Harvin disclaims responsibility for unauthorized Terms modifications via hacking.

Non-enforcement of Terms provisions doesn't constitute waiver. Invalid provisions remain subject to court interpretation consistent with parties' intentions.

These Terms or any Program-specific terms shared with you constitute the entire agreement between you and Henry Harvin relating to the matters set forth herein, and shall not be modified except in writing, as posted on the Platforms by Henry Harvin or through a specific writing between you and Henry Harvin.

Unresolved concerns escalate to the grievance officer for resolution within 30 working days from escalation date. Users should escalate only after raising complaints without satisfaction or 30-day timeout.
